The app is impossible to use
The app is impossible to use. I would like to unsubscribe but there is no option to do it. Their small print says in order to unsubscribe need to do it on the phone from subscription section. This app not showing in subscription section but they keep taking money from my bank account. It is so frustrating. I need help to stop taking my money. Do not waist your money.

I love the exercises particularly the…kettlebells!
I love the exercises particularly the kettlebell Pilates however the instructions are odd and I never can track which side of the body I should be working - it’s not intuitive and the cuing is off. I do like that yo can play your own music list while working out.

Best app to guide you through your transformation journey!
I really enjoy having all the necessary tools for overall health and fitness in this app. Everything is tracked so I can check my progress. It also keeps me accountable for completing the exercises.

Routines are easy to follow
Routines are easy to follow, short in duration and effective. The costs are super low for this type of regimen. I just love it.

It’s a great app but hard to get into…
It’s a great app but hard to get into as there is no way of seeing the moves when you choose a class also a little bit electronic and missing the human touch but that’s a personal preference. Exercise demonstrated and talked through well in class and you can review them if you skip through them and start again! Great Variety on offer! Basic but I started at beginners and possible shouldn’t have. It may develop 😊 For its price point it’s very good value and offers a lot.

Great experience
It's helping me to lose weight with very easy exercises. It has a lot of different menus that can be prepared. You're gonna love it!!!

Unfortunately I did not get what I expected based on the advertisments. I mentioned that I would like to focus on belly and legs, but there are only a few exercises to these parst, those are repeating.
