Hello, Tina! We're sorry that this situation has left you with such a negative impression. We would like to clarify that we began reviewing and responding to your refund and cancellation request directly through our support channel before your review was posted. We have carefully reviewed the subscription history and the previous cancellation you mentioned. Based on the records available to us, we have not been able to locate a completed cancellation of the subscription before your recent contact with our support team. We have also contacted you privately with further details and offered to investigate any additional information you may have regarding the cancellation you mentioned. Nevertheless, we wanted to resolve the matter for you. Your subscription has been fully canceled, and both subscription payments processed in 2026 have now been fully refunded. There will be no further charges. We regret that your experience with us has been frustrating and hope that the resolution provided addresses your concerns. Best regards, Your OrganicApps Team
