Too expensive for 12 months use! Like so many customers my device stopped charging about a week past the warranty date. I fought and got a non guaranteed replacement. Guess what? After 18 months it stopped working, switching itself off. This device is currently no fit for purpose. They know this and should sort out quality issues before continuing to sell - especially at the price point it sells for and minimal results. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Very average product! I didn't notice a difference even though I have been using their Trinity product. Money better spent elsewhere for better technology. The Trinity feels very light, like it's not doing much and voila it didn't do much anyway. So I give it a 5/10 therefore the two stars.

I had a Nuface Mini bought from Cult Beauty at £140 which stopped working after 7 months but had hardly used it. The charge seems to have worn down but lights are still showing and still timing/beeping but no current. Cult Beauty only accept faulty products after after 6 months and Nuface only accept faulty goods from the US. Not worth the money, I will be looking for a new product.

I’ve just started using trinity, noticed as soon as I opened the pack to see this delicate item has no soft pouch to carry around. Quite disappointing I must say. I also read after purchasing the2 heads are nickel and I’ve got nickel allergy! I also noticed the buttons are not clear whether is on or off. Whoever has designed the product and its contents would have done a better job! At the end of the day is kind of what you are selling it for (aesthetics) and there is not much of a feeling of it when you see how poorly the design and not added transport pouch etc.

As with most of the reviews, the problem is with the manufacturing design. After about a year, my mini device stopped tuning on. Then when fully recharged, it started to randomly turn itself on, bleeping away, running down the battery again. Then it stopped turning on altogether until I charged it multiple times, only for it to randomly turn itself on again. When I contacted customer care I got a cut-and-pasted response that I already had access to. This is not a cheap device with an inbuilt flaw. Unfortunately, like me, it'll probably only be when things start to go wrong that people will pick up on these less positive reviews.

I’m giving 2 stars because I found it did work with consistent use. Consistent use also meant the non-replaceable battery dying after 18 months. I contacted the company (took them forever to respond). Their only response was to make me figure out my device was clearly outside of the 12 month warranty period, and basically I was told I had to buy a whole new device. There was no trade in offer or anything. So basically I have all of this stuff that has to be trashed because I have to purchase a whole new device. Not to mention, rechargeable batteries have to be disposed in a certain way so you can’t just throw that in the trash either. This company is very wasteful in this manner which surprises me since everyone these days tries to recycle and “save the earth”. This product is very expensive to have to buy a brand new one every 18 months and dispose of the old. Their refurbished models aren’t that much cheaper and come with even less time on the warranty so I’m not buying that either. Also, they delete or hide any negative comments on social media so people can’t see that they are making people buy a ton of plastic & batteries that have to be trashed. I’m pretty sure my review on their website was never approved either.

I must qualify by saying that I am 68 years old, and quite involved in women’s health and wellness. I did make a video of myself using your product, to share with others. I have not yet posted it but I thought I should be fair to show it to you first.

Device worked no problem but what the company fail to mention is if you have a nickel allergy do not buy! Months of skin problems and now wasted money. If your ears react to certain earrings it's likely you are allergic to nickel and you should not buy nuface. Nuface.. please be more transparent about this to save us all money and unsightly skin problems!
