The body control module that I finally received did in fact work but the delay incurred was bad. It took 5 different calls including voice mails from me in a 3 week period on follow up to see what the delay was for. Each time I was told that they needed the mileage on my van in order to program it. Each time I gave the mileage which I already had when I ordered it originally.

“Mopar Parts Giant was able to find the correct color of the item I needed to match my truck's interior where other retailers fell short by mislabeling the color in their Ads and then having to return the item plus waiting for the refund to clear my bank account which also took 5 days which was a waste of my time and poor customer service. Not the case with Mopar Parts Giant, who was able to find my item locally thus cutting down the wait time to receive my item. They also kept me informed on the status of my shipment during the whole process by emails and tracking information which to me is putting the customer first.
