I tried to contact them via phone and email prior to purchasing a part I needed. OVER 60 min wait times to be answered each time I called - and no response to email I sent them. I did order the part and received it fairly quickly - but their pre-purchase communication was terrible.

The products arrived as described and within their elongated shipping expectation but being that I live only 150 miles from them a week and a half to ship is unacceptable because it took them a week just put the product in the mail. Once they finally shipped my items they arrived in 2 days. ***Edit in response to the reply*** Then you should advertise that. You are correct that these are not being manufactured anymore but if you put up an add for a part the buyer will make the assumption you physically have the part unless you state otherwise. I bought from MyMoparParts.com vs my normal Viper vendor and paid more from you, as you showed in the same state and should have received the parts a lot sooner. On E-bay, if you don't have your hands on the product you should advise on that up front or do like every other Vendor does and advertise "this product has a ____ day delay in shipping" when you know shipping will be delayed.

These were Vintage Parts, meaning they are discontinued items that Mopar no longer stocks. We are one of the few dealers who can still get them but they are stored in Wisconsin and have to be shipped to us from there before we can send them to you. This is the reason for the longer ETA, and I am glad we hit the mark on that. Please let us know if there is a way we can improve experiences like this in the future!

The product & delivery is very good. But the customer assistance has no sense of etiquette when making reply. He/she has no effort to research for me. They are replying with exclamation mark. That is shouting!! Not good. The name is Paige. Example: "I mention this to you already on last msg!! this is not possible!!"

I checked every sent message and Paige never said what you put in quotes, but she does use a lot of exclamation points. She doesn't intend to be rude by it but we have asked her to dial them back now that we realize they can be bothersome. However, we did want to stress the urgency of you needing to contact eBay immediately as the order was already in route to their global shipping center from our location and they are the only ones who have the ability to change a global shipping address. Shipping times are slow! I had to wait 2 weeks before my order arrived. I realize the part wasn't in stock and needed to be special ordered but i still think waiting 2 weeks is crazy slow. I'm only in CA. not Puerto Rico. Communication is slow responding. I recently emailed a question and am still waiting on an answer, A lot of parts they sell online say "Discontinued" but it's actually a typo so the part is available . I would call them to make sure the part you need is still available and NOT discontinued.

I am sorry for the delay, your part was a special order part so it took a little longer than usual. It is not a typo on the discontinued items, it is our data host who has wrong information sometimes and they power about 80% of OEM websites so the issue isn't unique to us.
