i ordered a part You sent a track number showing delivery last dec 26 I ordered part in feb. your representative tells me its buyers remorse. it is shipping dept error ! ebay knows and I have opened a case. I no longer need part due to your error. your representative is claiming the track number shows delivery, but prior to delivery it was wrong track no. how am I to track item when you post wrong numbers? then tell me its my fault. I don't want to give you my business after no explanation of your error

Normally I wouldn't post a tracking number publically but since there is no sensitive information, and your address cannot be obtained by anyone from it, here it is: 9400111699000904246511 As you or anyone else who tracks that can see, this doesn't show anything about December, just late February and early March. Your part was shipped in under 24 hours, arrived to you early, undamaged, exactly as described. If this truly said anything about December, all the tracking history is on the website of USPS. We have no way to modify the information on a US Government funded website and our shipping department did not make an error. Whether USPS had a glitch, I don't know but we aren't part of their company and from the first time we ever looked into this at your request, everything looked correct and as it should. Now you have decided to publicly slander us on every review platform you can find when the part itself was on time, and exactly what you ordered, and after we agreed from the start that you could return this. I hope you have a change of heart as we run a good business and reviews like this aren't fair to our team.
