My inquiry and purchase from this company was a great experience. We were in need of a new cough assist machine as my son's was failing (provided by a national DME company, via insurance, who did not have another device on hand to quickly replace it.) We made the decision to assume the cost of a replacement because this type of device has been beneficial in staving off pneumonia. We could not wait for insurance to be involved. I spoke with Jeanette - she was very helpful with machine information and getting a new one procured. I found her to be quite knowledgeable and very supportive in this situation.

Jeanette, the customer representative was outstanding! She provided me with all the information about the CPAP machine and answered all of my questions. I received my CPAP machine expeditiously as promised. I strongly recommend My Medical Outlet for all of your CPAP needs.

I recently purchased a battery for my father’s oxygen generator but the wrong battery arrived. I contacted Nick, a sales representative, who took care of the problem by not only sending me a prepaid return label but used UPS overnight to ship my correct battery. A simple mistake but handled perfectly! I will be a return customer for sure, outstanding customer service.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. And I wish I would have read the reviews before I trusted them. I initially placed an order for some Westmed Comfort Soft nasal cannulas because of their flexibility. Instead I received Salter Labs cannulas which are very hard and stiff. I contacted the company via email and have as yet to hear from them. When I called and explained my situation, I was told I could return them....at my expense and I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. Do not order from here unless you want to throw away your money!

I wish I had read the reviews first! I ordered an overpriced power cord March 30th for an April 10th delivery. I needed it to run an oxygeon pump. No updates, delivery date passed and over the next 3 weeks I received three different reponses from cust svc. Finally, they tell me it was on back order. So, they take your order, take your money upfront, never ship and then take over a week to return your money. It is a cashflow game/scam with your money! Never again!
