Reliable, just a little expensive on the shipping
Response from MyMallsOct 28, 2019
Hi Cleon, thanks for your review. I know we are not the cheapest service around but if you consider that we combine and repackage for free, offer great customer service and deliver within 48 hours to your doorstep, I would say that we are definitely worth it. I advise that you always contact us to ask for shipping advise before you make a payment. We can guide you on how to best consolidate and get great deals. Hope to see you back soon, Alysee

I have had great experiences with this company. The only draw-back is the cost ofshipping. However, the most economical solution has always been offered to me and that is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!!

I feel that mymalls should be able to send back items that they can’t ship. It would be a nice courtesy since customers are overseas.
Response from MyMallsJul 26, 2019
Hi Sheadrick, thank you for your feedback. We have a list of prohibited items that we are not able to ship and you can read more about this here, https://www.mymalls.com/cw/blog/prohibited-items We do provide guidance and free storage for items that need to be returned but we do not cover the return fees. All you have to do is contact the supplier for e pre-paid return label and we will take care of the rest. Let me know if you have any further questions. Alysee
