Love MyMalls!
I like how easy and user friendly the website is. Packages arrive fast and I love the consolidation feature. It would be even better if I could consolidate more than three packages. Maybe they can develop an app for MyMalls, it would be more convenient to log onto an app instead of a website.

Being honest
Being honest, you guys did great, excellent customer service, it was just in receiving the shipment that DHL stopped me from giving a perfect 5 star.

Great Service
I have used My Malls for my shipping to Barbados twice so far! They are very transparent with upfront charges. No hidden fees etc. Their customer service team is very friendly and responsive! One thing I would like improved is the ability to combine/consolidate more packages into one. Their current limit is 3, but other competitors allow more/unlimited. Would recommend to anyone shipping items out of USA!

Good Idea, really badly executed. Very frustrating experience.
The concept looked good. Although the were very responsive via chat, they never provided solutions.After they received the packages it turns out that they will repack and combine a maximum of 3 packages together..The shipper decided to split the order in 4. I supplied the invoice for the total number of 4 packages. It took them about a week to sort it out after chatting for many hours with them.So no added value in having it shipped with DHL. No Phone number is provided to contact them over the phone. The only solution to get all of my packages shipped was to send the whole invoice for both shipments, which result in me having to pay double the import duties. So very frustrating experience and cannot recommend this company.

We always aim to inform our members about all our services and what they entail, that is why there is a blog article about the repack and combine service as well as plenty of social posts indicating that it is possible to consolidate up to 3 packages. With regards to the invoices we require you to upload the invoice as a whole per package to avoid issues with customs and to assure a hassle free shipment upon arrival of your package. I generally like the customer service of my malls. They do provide remote assistance and I can have answers to my questions relatively quickly.

Keep me impressed!
In my three months of becoming a member I'm impressed with how organized Mymalls have been with handling may packages. They have allowed for me to see my packages once they have arrived, they always give me step by step updates with what's taking place with my packages and they send my packages to me on time.I especially appreciate the ability of combining my packages instead of paying to ship separate packages to the final destination.
