Excellent Service
Truly amazing experience! I signed up last week and bought some small items just to test the service. The packages arrived in 3 separate shipments, MY Malls suggested I combined them. I saved on shipping costs and they delivered a day earlier than expected. I was kept informed throughout the process at any time I could track what was going on. I am really impressed!

Great service
I found using my malls very easy to use. Helpful emails sent to me when packages arrived and when packages were shipped. Clear instructions on how to use. Overall very happy with the service.

Excellent Customer Service but need improvement on delivery service provider
The team at MyMalls has been super helpful. They notified me when my packages arrived and answered my questions timely. In addition they advised me of consolidating my packages which resulted in savings for me. I would highly recommend them. My only concern with using MyMalls is the provider they use to send the packages with. My last experience it took me about 2 months to get my package from the delivery service provider and that was after numerous calls and emails. I'm hoping my experience this time will be much better than last time as I do find the team at MyMalls to be great and very responsive and helpful.

Fast , Efficient and exceptional customer service
My malls is definitely my favorite shipping company from Miami to Barbados . They have online personnel who are always there to assist and they definitely respond promptly and assist . Not only is their customer service 5 stars but the shipping time from Miami and collection time is extremely fast . My malls use DHL, so your packages arrive in 24 hours and you receive in a day or two. Other shipping companies take between two to three weeks so you cannot go wrong With them .
