Best Support for 1st timers!
As a first time user I was apprehensive, but the team at MyMalls were there to assist me and made my experience top notch. Still awaiting my first 2 CONSOLIDATED shipments, but the service this far couldn't have been better!

More assistance needed
This is my second time using this service and its proven to be very reliable. However. I wish there were quicker responses to messages as it regards to help and invoices and how to go about how to handle them when you have orders coming in from different places but with the same order number. Cause right now I have multiple orders in with same order number but arriving different days and time. How do I, or how would you be able to assist me with that?

What might help is making use of our preregistration service! By preregistering your orders before arrival, we can work together to finish the invoice process before your packages arrive in your suite. 5 Star Service
I just started using MyMalls the end of November 2021 but they have already saved me quite a bit of money via their free consolidation service. I also love that they send me pics of the packages they receive and notify me right away. 5 Star service!!!

Mymalls is very professional reliable and have very strong customer service. Once they received my package they informed me with all the details and shipped immediately once invoice is provided and payment made.

Excellent Service
My experience with My Malls has been excellent this far. Their ability to offer me the opportunity to consolidate my packages immediately upon receiving them, receive my affirmative response, consolidate my packages and have them shipped all in the same afternoon was very impressive. I have been using them in addition to a local company in Bermuda but they are very quickly becoming my go to shipping company. Very impressed thus far.
