Love this product!

The order process is seamless, the product is high quality, and the customer service is reliable. I love how many choices you have, and how simple it is to get precisely what you need, but also change it at any time!

I've only received one month so far, but my first month experience was excellent. I liked being able to customize my shipment. I did notice the "strength" of the tampons seemed a bit less than my old brand, but I plan to adjust my order to accommodate this. Packaging is minimal and discrete. Overall I love the concept and I don't mind paying a bit more for the convenience and quality product.

I like that you can choose the size and amount of each pad inside the package. They are not bad in price and the are shipped to your door.

Private delivery, 100% cotton, they feel very comfortable and I share them with my office! I have 2 boxes in the bathroom! I love LOLA!

Product good but customer service and shipping is not Product good. Shipments...not so much. On many occasions I've received the product a week or so late. I thought the point of this (other than 100% cotton) is that products arrive on time. Kind of a big deal. So, in July I received a notice from customer service that my payment didn't go through. Customer Service said I needed to update my card then my order would be processed. I updated the expiration date and my order was still not processed.I hoped LOLA would send my order after my I updated my card. NOPE. It's August now and apparently I was supposed to tell the CSR to manually process my order. Would've been nice for the CSR (the same woman btw) to tell me that back in July. It's mid August and I won't get my shipment until end of month. Update: Found another 100% cotton product that I've used for a few days. 1/2 the cost with Free 2 day shipping. I've cancelled my subscription to Lola :)

I was excited to try LOLA; loved their approach to the market, beautifully minimalistic packaging and a noble cause. Unfortunately I had an awful experience using the product (the tampons in super to be specific). They didn't only have little absorbency but seemed to repel blood entirely. Constant leaks. I have never had to change a tampon so many times. Sheets ruined. Dresses ruined. Zero odor control. An overall extremely embarrassing situation. What's interesting to me is that most of the reviews for LOLA seem scripted and repeat similar marketing lines. Their review page on Facebook is hidden (they're pushing the Facebook ads HARD). Everything seems pretty suspicious to me. What I've learned from this experience is: NAH - cotton alone cannot do all the magical things people with periods need, hence why the market has evolved to improve absorbency, & odor and leak control. I would love to see more transparency and less obnoxious packaging for period products (and for that I applaud LOLA) but unfortunately I paid double the price of a normal tampon for a marketing ploy - I now have to scrub stains out of my new dresses :(

I'm thinking about going back to U by Kotex, I'm a pad user so I'm not extremely happy with this product. Although it does absorb well for me (I have a very light flow all through out my cycle) I have to say for the price point this product is sold at it does not have the best adhesive on the market. I have had this thing slid right off in the middle of the night. Not only is the shape not conducive for securing to a panty the adhesive is the weakest I have ever seen. I love the idea of an organic cotton chemical free pad but this product is not keeping up whith its competitors. They are expensive in comparison and can't do the jod correctly or fully. Disappointed to say the least.
