I've been using Lola tampons for a year. My only complaint had been the release of the applicator, however, Lola fixed it! I answered a survey and expressed my issue and it took several months (as would be expected) but behold, they remedied the problem. I think that's pretty great! I love being able to design my box of tampons - super, regular and light all in one. I've never had leaking issues and I'm very happy to be using a natural product for my body. I also ordered the 'first period kit' for my step daughter, which we both thought was the perfect combination of product to test out. Thanks Lola!!

Cheap quality products!!! Every pad was either not wanting to stick to cotton underwear or was stuck to the exterior wrapping. The tampon strings seem very little so I’m not confident when removing on heavy days. I really love natural products but this was a big disappointment. Easy to cancel the product.

I love Lola. It is so great to never have to run to the store to purchase any feminine products. I am always prepared. I do notice on my heavier days I need to use the super vs the regular, but other than that, they work just the same as any conventional brand. I think it's great that there are companies out there with non toxic period products. If you are eating organic and using non toxic body care products but still are using conventional pads and tampons...you're doing it wrong. Keep up the good work Lola!

Just wanted to let you know that I've suffered with chronic yeast infections for the week following my period for years. I even had to finally give in to see my doctor and was prescribed Diflucan to be taken for 3 days in a row following the end of my period. I couldn't continue this for the rest of my life. I switched to Lola tampons and hoped for the best, but expected the usual. I was so pleasantly surprised when I didn't have to suffer again. I have yet to have a recurrence of the issue and am so grateful for all Lola products. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The applicators are awful on the cardboard tampons. Please redesign these!!! I want to use your products but they need to work! Also, they need to be a lot more absorbent! Love the price & concept but not the tampons!

Update: I've now tried the 'super' absorbancy and they were great. Liners and pads are thin and comfortable. If you're thinking of buying their tampons step up to the next level of absorption however you decide to customize your order. Order super instead of regular and regulars instead of lights. I found d they do have cardboard applicators, so I'll be switching to those from the plastic. Original Post: Great poor product. Tampons just aren't absorbant. In comparison to Tampax regulars the regular Lola tampon only lasts 1/3 the time while absorbing properly. I really wanted to love them, but the leakages make them a fail. Also, being an all natural product I was disappointed with the plastic applicator verses a paper applicator. I may try the diva cup next.

A little background, I am 40. I got my period at 13 and started using tampons immediately, since my mom preferred them. So then, I did as well. I have used just about EVERY brand out there. Every style. Every flow. Yea. Everything. Until My LOLA. I received my first shipment a few weeks ago, and recently used the tampons for my period and they were AMAZING!! I can’t believe the difference. Not only that, it seemed like they held more too. And, I didn’t have any “accidents” if I went too long without changing my tampon. That has never happened before! My period is the whole gammet (starts slow, gets medium, then heavy, then super heavy and then reverses). I like how I was able to adjust the box to exactly my needs instead of buying 3 different boxes at the store. And the price?? It’s the same to be honest $18? For ONE box of COMBINED tampons? Same I’d pay for 2 of ONE type. And it’s shipped to my door within two days. Amazing products, ladies. Simply amazing. I’m a subscriber for life. If you haven’t tried it, give it a go. And btw, ZERO cramps. Like I said, the difference is unbelievable. Don’t listen to the naysayers on here. There’s haters everywhere. Thanks for the great products MY LOLA and keep up the good work!! I wanted to love LOLA but after 4 months, I had to switch back. They were so dry, they didn’t absorb well, and they left bits of lint behind even on the heaviest flow days. I moved down to the lightest absorbency in hopes the pure cotton was just more absorbent. It didn’t help. The applicator sticks and doesn’t deploy smoothly. The paper wrappers don’t survive the purse test, even in a side pocket. LOLA is a great concept but doesn’t accomplish what they need to do at the basic level.
