Cramps have always been the worst part of my period. Sometimes so bad I was unable to get out of bed. Livia is such a small device but don't let that fool you about its power. My cramps were significantly reduced, if they didn't stop all together. I was able to go to classes and focus on other things instead of trying to deal with the pain.
