My period cramps are always horrible..they affected my work largely because the pain was all i could think of, being unable to function except lying in bed wishing it leaves. Before i knew about livia, ive tried almost everything from meds to hot water pouches/heat packs and i was skeptical at first but i was kind of in dire need so i decided to order one for myself. It was not the cheapest solution but it is reusable and its kinda cute^^ but every cent was worth to end the suffering.. It was easy to use and actually effective.. i will usually just leave it there and 20minutes later forget about it. I was able to work comfortable and had a better appetite on my period as well!

My cramps have always been terrible. Like, I would roll into a ball and would be in that ball for hours. I could not even go to school. It was very bad to the point that I just could not stand up. I love that it is small and can be hidden under a shirt or in your pocket. It can be used anywhere. I love Livia and have recommended it to all of my sisters.

I have horrible, horrible period pain every month to the point where I very nearly pass out. I thought about buying Livia for a long time - it isn't exactly cheap, after all! However: Getting it was the right decision. My pain is so bad even the device does not fully take it away, but it brings it down to a bearable level within a few minutes. As a university student, I am happy it keeps me from missing at least two days of class every month!

This has been a great experience. I always suffer from really bad menstrual cramps and using it with a heating pad has worked wonders. Completely love it and recommend it!!!

There’s times that my period pains are bad enough that I would have to call off work/school just to wait in bed for pain meds to kick in. With my livia I don’t have cramps restricting my day to day activities. It’s small enough to stay hidden inside my pocket or clips onto the waist band of my pants. I’ve had my livia for at least 4 years and can’t get enough of it.

I absolutely love my Livia, it’s a lifesaver when my endometriosis flares up! This little device takes away most of my pain so that I can go about doing simple activities, before I would be bed-bound until my symptoms subsided! As someone who works in childcare this device has made sure that I don’t miss as much work which is essential, the best money I’ve ever spent.

This product saved my life! I suffer with very bad, painful periods due to pcos since my first period and no painkillers ever worked for me. And then I found livia and my life turned upside down! I finally could live my normal life during periods. Didn't have to take a single painkiller since using livia! Definitely would recommend to all my girl friends!
