I got 1 for myself. I don't have bad cramps. But my BFF and Sister get HORRIBLE cramps. So I just HAD to get them one too! It worked PERFECTLY! It's been about 3 years since we got them. They still work amazingly, use them all the time, and it helps them SO MUCH! 10/10 would reccomend. 10/10 would buy again.

I love my livia! After years of having to take painkillers, using hot water bottles and just feeling awful - my life hasn’t been the same since this little device came into my life!
