Love this machine so much. Definitely worth the money. I get some of the worst cramps every time I’m on my period and this machine helps calm those pains. Definitely recommend getting.

Ich habe seit Beginn meiner Periode extrem starke Regelschmerzen. Insbesondere in den ersten Tagen ist es zum Teil so schlimm, dass ich mich vor Schmerzen krümme und mich sogar schon deswegen Übergeben musste. Nachdem ich die Hoffnung fast aufgegeben hatte, ohne Schmerzmittel und Krankschreiben durch meine Periode zu kommen, bin ich durch Zufall auf Livia gestoßen. Erst war ich skeptisch. Der Preis ist hoch und keiner in meinem Umfeld hatte mir je zu Schmerzlinderung durch Elektrostimulation geraten- nach dem Motto: „Wenn es so gut hilft, muss man doch schon einmal davon gehört haben“. Nach langem Überlegen und etwas Recherche zum Thema habe ich mich dazu entschieden, dem Ganzen eine Chance zu geben. Ich bereue es bis heute keine Sekunde. Erst dachte ich, ich werde trotz des kleinen Gerätes zumindest am Anfang nicht auf Schmerzmittel verzichten können, aber ich habe seitdem ich Livia nutze, bei Regelschmerzen keine Schmerztabletten mehr angerührt. Ich nehme es, sobald ich merke, dass das Ziehen beginnt. Geladen hält es bei mir sogar mehr als 8h. Man spürt ein kleines Kribbeln an der Stelle, wo die Pads aufgeklebt sind. Man merkt, den Schmerz kommen, allerdings wird dieser durch die Elektrostimulation direkt unterbrochen, sodass er sich nicht ausbreiten kann. Fühlt sich an, wie beim EMS-Training. Wenn ich besonders starke Schmerzen habe, merke ich nach meiner Periode auch ab und an eine Art „Muskelkater“, aber lieber das als Schmerzmittel und trotzdem Krämpfe. Ich bin begeistert. Ich kann wieder arbeiten ohne das jemand etwas merkt. Das Gerät ist so klein und unauffällig. Für mich hat sich die Investition auf jeden Fall gelohnt und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

This thing is life changing!! I was someone who spent my periods unable to go to work, curled up in a ball in bed with a heating pad and as many other-the-counter pain meds as I could take.... the pain would radiate down my legs and be so severe I would puke! Now, I put my Livia on and within just a few minutes I can walk around with minimal discomfort! I wish I would've ordered it sooner and not hesitated!!

I can really recommend it. During my period sometimes Im facing strong abdominal pain and cannot sleep. Then i make use of Livia which Help me to relax and fall asleep.

i can reall recommend the livia device for menstruental pain. It changed my life. Its magical because the electric stimulus kind of overlays the pain from the cramps. Also its small and cute, so a really practical device, easy to take and use everywhere. Thanks for creating it

Livia has honestly changed my life. I suffer from endometriosis and crippling period pain. I spent years being woken up early in the morning to horrible pain, just to rush to take some painkillers and hope for the best. Usually I would spend hours just unable to get up - it was debilitating. With livia, as soon as I feel pain coming on, I just turn it on and within ten minutes or so my pain has gone and usually doesn't come back for the day. If it does, I know what to do. I truly believe in this product and recommend it to every woman I know.

Livia has SAVED my life. I may seem to be over exaggerating, but I had debilitating cramps. Prior to purchasing a Livia device, I had tried everything (both over the counter and prescription), holistic approaches, diet and exercise changes but nothing works. Had I known about Livia years ago, I would have purchased it and wouldn’t have missed out on so many opportunities (including work and/or school). You can barely tell that you are wearing it, the pads fit on your body and snugly in your panties and the device clips right on your pants to ensure you can wear it all day. I love that you can select the amount of intensity for mild to strong cramps.
