I bought this for my wife and only helped at the on set of her painful cramps. After 12 hrs did nothing for her. We continue to look for a solution. 😕

Works as advertised, but causes near unbearable itching if worn for more than a few hours. Not sure if I'm going to keep it

When it works, its great and gives pain relief but im finding it hard to use, seems as though I put it on high and it slowly mellows out, I read the manual, didn't think this is what it should do? sometimes doesn't turn on or you have to press the button multiple times for it to register. Great product but finding it temperamental at times.

I wouldn’t recommend this product to any friends or family. However I have recommended the use of a TENSs machine to many people for their menstrual cramps as it is the only thing that has helped my cramps! The livia is a ridiculously expensive TENS machine and not worth the price. There are many TENS machines out there that are compact enough to put into your pocket.

The extra customs charges were annoying, yes I’m sure this was noted somewhere but I didn’t expect them to be that much, especially with how pricey the device was. On the customs form it was marked as “cosmetics/ makeup” I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it. The 3-4 day shipping also took 2.5 weeks. It would have been better not to provide the 3-4 day time estimate because otherwise I wouldn’t have been expecting that. Other than that— the device itself looks great! I tried it out last night, my cramps have just started, and it seems to work well so far!

I wanted Livia to work so badly. I have suffered with extremely painful cramps for fifteen years now. Birth control was the only thing that helped but I discontinued using it for personal reasons. I did some research and found Livia and read all the reviews. Livia took a little bit of my pain away, at the highest setting. I still ended up in my normal fetal position, vomiting from pain and praying for the cramps to end. Hopefully Livia works for most people, I guess just not me.

It works great— when it works. The connection point between the cord and the device is touchy. I frequently have to hold the cord to get a proper connection in order for it to work. If that was fixed, this would be the answer to my endometriosis

I love my Livia and it helps with my cramping, but the battery does not last as long as it says it should.
