Got a Livia back in 2018 for the intense pain during my period with the Copper IUD (ParaGuard, 8-9 out of 10 pain, for 3 years), was essentially miscarriage contractions every month. Livia was easy to use and carry around with me at work, much smaller than any other similar machines sold at the pharmacy. Helped take the edge off the pain so that NSAIDs could actually work. For less pain it would eliminate it. Tens(Transcutaneous electronic nerve stimulation) machines are proven to work for muscle pain for decades, so glad someone finally looked into women's pain issues and adapted it. Most Tens machines are huge bulky and really only designed for immobile treatments not getting on with your day. Only small negative is the small carrying case is hard to fit the flower pads, but I just use a ziplock to be honest. Has been a great help during a really difficult issue with pain. Would recommend to anyone experiencing this type of pain, theres no need to suffer through it.

I have severe period cramps, that makes me unable to move the whole day, it causes me to break into cold sweat. I decided to give livia and try! Livia works amazing for days where my cramps are mild to moderate, however on days where it is severe, I still have to take pain killers. However, the 15-30 minutes of excruciating pain that I have to endure before the painkiller is when my livia comes to rescue me. It brings my pain down to a bearable stage until the pain killers kick in for me! My livia has been a must have ever since I got it and I’m so glad to have such a happy small device that is discreet to bring around with me when I’m on my period!

Livia is the only thing that has helped me cope with the pain, even when I was on the BC pill, my pain while bleeding was unbearable. Now that I am off the pill, my pain is more manageable (how ironic) but still, Livia gets me through the first two days. Thank you for developing something to help the pain without medications.

So, for years I've struggled with terrible menstrual cramps. They were been so bad that sometimes I would have to miss school, get picked up from school, or call out of work due to my cramps being THAT bad. In 2017, I was looking into ways to calm my cramps down that didn't include taking tons of pain medication. That lead me to discover Livia. Honestly, as a broke post-college student, I was hesitant to spend the very little money I had for a Livia device. Future me is glad I did. This thing is powerful and super sleek so no one can tell that I'm wearing it (I usually keep it out to easily adjust the settings but when I have to hide it, it's super sleek). Mine has lasted me for 4 years and I'm going to be buying a new one soon. It's definitely worth the investment.

I just love it!!! I normally have a lot of pain every month, sometimes i cant even go to work, but Livia works like magic ❤ it is so fast and effective that it is almost unvelievable!!! Even I get in a better mood when I use it. It become a basic on my bag!!!
