The product is good, only battery could last longer. The service is really bad. A coupon I wanted to use didn't work, they could not fix it and could not send me a replacement.

Works wonders for the pain of endometriosis, though I couldn't get a set of flower pads that worked properly. Will look into other brands.

The product is small and discreet (clips on my jeans and hidden under a jumper and doesn’t make a noticeable noise). Paired with a mild pain killer like paracetamol this has helped improve my painful abdominal cramps with my period. It seems a good quality device and easy to use. The product is shipped from the USA. At the time of purchase this was not made clear (prices displayed in uk pounds, delivery charge shown to be less than £5, delivery guidance stating short time to arrive) I ended up getting charged around £30 at customs for this delivery, if I didn’t pay it I would have been charged the delivery charge back to Livia in the USA by Livia (as detailed in the very long terms and conditions of purchase). After a lot of emails they eventually agreed to refund the customs charge and update their website to make it clearer for customers. If I was to buy again I would buy from Amazon.

If buying from the UK please be aware that you will have to pay customs charges. We didn't know that we were buying from a USA site as everything was in £ and didn't expect this additional change which was almost £30.

I received my Livia almost two weeks after purchasing it. I have not tried it yet, but am dissapointed that it took so long. The website claims it will ship and arrive within 2-3 days so it was extremely dissappointing that it took close to four times that amount of time. I hope this product works as well as it says it does.
