As someone who deals with endometriosis, this device has been a huge huge help in dealing with my pain flares. It’s small so I can put it in my backpack when I go out and I can put it on for relief when I’m at work! I work customer service so it was important for me to have something discrete that no one really sees. It’s helped me be able to stand through my shift with very minimal pain! It’s really helped me function during pain flares.

I suffer from REALLY bad cramps, which I know a lot of other women do too. So I saw this ad on social media about a device called Livia, that is suppose to help alleviate the pain during that time of the month. I was a little skeptical, but after reading the reviews I thought hey it couldn’t hurt to try! And let me tell y’all... IT WORKS! Does it make them completely go away? No. But it definitely helps make them more manageable to where I can actually still get stuff done throughout the day. It feels sort of like electric stim so it doesn’t hurt at all. I highly recommend getting one of these if you suffer from terrible cramping like I do.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! I used to take an enormous amount of ibuprofen or acetaminophen for my cramps, but with Livia I no longer take any medications for them at all!

Period cramps and my cycle used to be de-abilitating during the first few days due to pain, discomfort and exhaustion. With the Livia, It has opened so many new doors of breezing through those days of my cycle while living my life to the fullest!
