I have always had debilitating menstrual cramps growing up which Tylenol or Motrin couldn’t stop. I found Livia as an ad on Facebook and decided to try it out as an adult. It didn’t take long for me to figure out how to use it which was easy. Within a matter of seconds my painful cramping was gone. It dramatically decreased the pain to where I could barely feel it. I wish I knew about this sooner.

I was skeptical at first, but willing to give anything a try, because I suffer almost every month with cramps (along with migraines and other wonderful things that come with monthly periods)! After having my 2 kids (ps I’m currently 41, my kids are 10 and 8 years old), I found my cramps got worse, AND they’re now in my lower back, extremely bad. I already take a daily medication, so popping more Tylenol, Advil, or Midol every 4-6 hours is a pain. My best friend recommended Livia, and I’ve never looked back! I’m so impressed and happy! When my cramps are very bad, I sit back and try to relax. It may take up to 5 mins to start alleviating the pain, (but hey, so does Tylenol and NSAIDS), but it works. The best part, I can actually do my daily routines. I walk around with it on, drive my kids places, and, I’ve actually gone to the gym and worked out! If you’re on the fence, jump down and buy it! Trust me! It’s worth it!

Livia is wonderful for those days when my pain is absolutely unbearable. It takes that last bit of pain the painkillers never seem to get and helps me tremendously. If you have a slightly lower pain level than me you could probably get away with just your livia.

I suffer from fibroids and this product is a lifesaver. I’ve never really been able to manage my pain successfully through medication but with Livia the pain is so much better. I love the fact that I don’t have to take a bunch of ibuprofen in order to get through my day, I just attach my Livia and it’s all good.

So I saw My Livia on Snapchat as an add, and honestly didn't think much of it. I decided about 7 months ago to go ahead and order one, this has been the first thing in YEARS that has lessened my cramps, and made me actually comfortable durring my really bad weeks. It was a struggle for so long to try to find something, anything that could help me, as no medications were doing anything. this adorable little device showed up and changed my life. I don't think I've been hapier in my life to have purchased something.

After years of taking Midol and other medication with little success I made the jump to Livia. It’s the best ever, it’s small and discrete when at work or on the move and I can use it anywhere. I struggled with menstrual pain for 10+yrs and this has been a life saver. Customer service has been great also. Well worth the jump.
