The good, the Bad, and the Ugly!
The good, bad and the ugly: the device works! However the charge doesn’t hold long. The wires have not held up and are breaking. Quality does not match price well, super disappointed 😞

My cramps are still very painful
My cramps are still very painful. The Livia somewhat dulls the pain but doesn't "shut off"

Work, but battery drains too quickly
The pain does gets better, BUT only for a short time. The battery drains very quickly, you can use the device and charge it at the same time, charging takes a long time, the cable of the electrode gel pads is too short in my opinion and both of my devices had a loose cable / bad contact after a few month...

beware of customs charges from US !
Ordered one livia from website from my daughter . Got an email to say that 2 had been charged for . Asked for one to be refunded to be told I’d have to wait 30 days for a refund onto my card. Cancelled the whole order. 10 days later note through my door from Royal Mail to say a parcel had a customs charge of £56.30. Since found out livia had posted the items anyway and my card hadn’t been refunded. Be aware of possible customs charges on orders to uk ! I’m going to order one on a uk site as I’ve heard they’re very good .

Took 12 days to get my order and they never gave me an email or anything saying thanks or heres yiur order details i was in the dark and when i would call and ask about it they just day yeah uts coming idk when but it will and id ask for a tracking number thay said we will email it to you And then i never got an email still!!

Zaps and Pain Medication Still Required
I have always suffered from terrible cramps, and prior to this I had to take excessive amounts of medication to help relieve the pain. I bought the Livia in hopes that it would help lessen the amount of medication I would need, and that isn’t the case. I need the Livia to be at a high strength to help with the pain, but if I put it at that strength, then I get painful zaps from the device every time I lean forward or bend down. I work in an office and can’t have this. So the only way to use it is on low, which doesn’t next to nothing for the cramps. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is instead of having to take all of the medication like I’m used to, I have to take less. But it still doesn’t fix the problem.

A let down because of customer service
When I first received my Livia I loved it. But after a few months of use the unit stopped holding a charge and the wires near the electrode pads became exposed. I contacted customer service about the problem and they never responded. I have since thrown the unit away and am using pain meds again :(
