LiviaReviews of mylivia.com

Livia is a great solution for painful periods. It is easy to use and has a strong battery that keeps you pain free for the whole day. It lives up to what it advertises and then some. The customer service of Livia has been exceptional and they provided tracking immediately. The delivery was quick and easy. I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with Livia and will continue to use them in the future.

I’d say its a hit or miss, the actual product is great but service depends. I paid monthly for awhile and received no replacement pads, but once I sent in a request for an issue, I wasn’t feeling anything they were quick to respond and send me a free flower pad connection and replacement pads. After that I received pads monthly til I lost my card and forgot to put the new one online. Overall I recommend the product because it does work to block pain from cramps. If your cramps are intense some pain may still be felt but it is nothing compared to before. I use to lie in bed for two days at the beginning and then the end of my cycle but with Livia I just turn it on and I am good.

I've had my Livia since its Indiegogo campaign. It has worked well, it keeps on charging, the cords and flower pads continue to work well. I really appreciate the compact size, and especially that it's proven to be effective. I relied a lot on medication for my cramps before and this has helped me reduce and pretty much eliminate the need for taking them anymore. Definitely worth it! I now have a toddler and I feel just as comfortable running after her during or outside my period thanks to my Livia.

I originally bought a Livia as part of the Indiegogo campaign and received it back in 2017 Last week I received the new one that I ordered under the new subscription program, and I wanted to talk about the improvements I noticed right away. The flower pads definitely have a more rugged cord, so I don't anticipate having the cord break like the original ones had in the past. The device itself is the same discrete size, but it charged faster and held its charge longer. I loved my original one and used it for the last four years. I am glad I will have it as a backup if I am stuck waiting on the other one to charge, but with he faster charging time, I don't think that will be an issue. I know a lot of people have had issues with shipping but that seems to be related to Covid and the shipper, so try not to hold that against the company. I have had excellent assistance from customer service any time I had an issue or a question.

I love my Livia. It’s helped to reduce my super intense cramps and eliminate the less intense ones. It’s really been life changing. Instead of being stuck in bed or on the couch, I can actually go out and live my life. My only feedback is the case. It’s far too small for the flower pads and causes them to bend at the connection point. Over time, this caused the wires to break. I’ve since stopped using the case for my flower pads, but would love the option for something slightly larger to contain my extra sticky pads, the flower pads, the charger, and the Livia itself.

Update! Within a couple hours of my review regarding my bad experience trying to return the device, and associate reached out to me from livia and handled everything, including a refund. I am so happy with how this was handled and will definitely consider doing businesses with them again should my needs change.

Amazing for my crampz, they get so bad i cant move sometimes

So I've been using Livia for almost 2 years now and I could say that it's definitely a lifesaver. I'm able to get through my periods because of this. I can exercise and I'm able to finish all my work because of Livia. I don't have to take pain relievers anymore or use a hot compress. Also, I am just obsessed with the skins, I wish I had all colors! I also have friends who have bought one and tried it out and this tiny device doesn't disappoint.
