I loved my livia when I first got it. I have endometriosis and wearing my livia tens unit helped tremendously. However, it broke after 2 months. I was sent a brand new unit, which I’m very grateful for, however this one broke now too. In total, I’ve spent over $400 on the livia, replacement gel pads, replacement flower pads (because these also break very easily) and other accessories, and I still don’t have a working unit. I purchased a different tens unit off amazon for $21 and it works much better. Im disappointed because I really loved my livia, I love how small and easily hidden it can be; but for the price, it’s not worth it.

Unfortunately will be returning as this didn't really help my daughter. Great concept and I've heard it works for others but it didn't work for her.

The global livia is ok. Ever had any issues with them and i get answers for everything they really deserve 5 stars. On the opposite is livia israel. I wanted to order the same thing i ordered from them but they called me said that they will pass me to the customer support but no one called. There is no option to buy the electronic pads from them or the silicon

I give 2 stars for shipping. The Livia website says it takes up to 3 day to receive an order. This is day 5 and it left a facility in another state this morning so it may get here tomorrow or Friday. If I had known this I would have ordered it from Amazon so that I could have received it when I need it.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Livia. Rather than just order from Amazon.co.uk and get it the next day I decided to take advantage of a special offer on their website. Bad decision. The site mentions "fast delivery", and "3 days", but in fact, if you click on a down arrow, you do see that it can take up to 14 days for international orders. I did not see that, and no where during the check-out process is there any indication of this. After 9 days or so, I contacted them via Facebook messaging. Courteous, but did not acknowledge that there might be a problem with their website and checkout process. My Livia package landed after 12 days, but instead of a Livia I got a UK Customs notice, informing me of a £28.80 fee I had to pay, if I decided to go down to the post office and collect my package. No thanks. If you visit the UK Amazon site you can read of at least a couple of other similar experiences. Overall: a bad bad experience. I had promised a pain sufferer this device and told them they would receive my gift in a week or so. Bad. We are now looking for a different TENS machine.

Nice and cute design. However, it is not eliminating the pain. After experimenting with it twice, I ended up taking pain killers. Great idea, though!

I have severe endometriosis and tried Livia as an attempt to help reduce my pain. I experience pelvic pain approximately 20-25 days per month. Two stars because the product did provide me with some pain relief, but it was very minimal and lasted a maximum of 15 minutes. This product may be better suited for those who do not experience high levels of pain or are seeking a mild reduction in pain.

It took months of emailing customer service reps and it wasn't until I finally called (which I obviously should have done in the first place) to get my promised refund. It was frustrating to keep receiving the same email from reps saying that they were working on it and not seeing any action for 3 months. After the phone call I received my refund the next day.
