The Livia product has helped me so much. I no longer need any pain medication to deal with my cramps. I actually had to go to the doctor because of how much pain medication I took trying to stop my cramps from hurting so much. The Livia is way better than any pain medication for cramps.

I've used Livia since it came out on Kickstarter. I've suffered with horrible period pains and using this with few painkillers really does the trick. Its tiny and discreet and can be easily hidden in a pocket or under clothes. It is now getting on which means I need to get some bits replaced, but all in all fantastic!
