Honestly I have the worse cramps imaginable, I should probably get checked. So far nothing has been a dream like my livia though. I’ve tried heating pads, different medicines, and mystical forces (lol jk), but nothing is as consistent like the livia. It has different settings that alleviate my pain practically in an instance. I hope that if you give it a try, you have a great experience too if not better.

Livia has changed my life each month! I no longer live off of pain medication. Highly recommended!

I have tried so many things to help relieve my horrible cramps and this product really works. My favorite part is that no medication is involved.

I’ve struggled with cramps since they first started when I was 14. I went on the depo injection for a few years to get rid of it. But now I came off of it to lose weight and have been struggling again. Hot pads work and a belt massager as well but I can’t take them to work without it being obvious. When I saw this advertised on Facebook I had to jump on it and I am in love. It fits in the palm of my hand it’s so small. It helps relieve the pain I’ve been experiencing. And nobody knows what I’m dealing with!

Overall, I love using Livia. I have severe endometriosis and Livia works wonders for my symptoms. It helps with the pain and cramping which in turn lessens my nausea. Before I would also have to use large amounts of pain killers to make it through my cycle but rarely use them anymore. Full disclosure, I do think there's still room for improvement- a longer cord and more secure connection would be fabulous on the flower pads. It also took an extended amount of time to ship.

I have really bad period cramps. I have a desk job so I don’t move around a lot which I think makes cramps worse. I love my Livia. I just got it right before that time of the month. I was so excited to try it out. I’m so happy with it. It’s such a relief. Tylenol doesn’t do much to help but this device targets the problem area.

I have hypothyroidism and PCOS. When i do get my period they are very painful and last 7-10 days, i also have lower back pain from a car accident a few years ago. I was searching social media for some ways to help and came across Livia. I couldn’t pass it up as it was super affordable compared to other brands and the cute fun covers, subscription service, and a new device every 3 years is incredible. Plus it’s super lightweight and small. Easy to conceal. :) Highly recommend Livia. I love my little device. It has helped me tremendously.

I have severe endometriosis. I'm approaching my third surgery for the disease next week. I purchased the Livia device as an attempt to help make my pain manageable, to at least get me to my surgery. For the first time in a very long time, I've had some relatively pain free days. This device has certainly changed my life. There are only a few cons I have for it, like one set of electrodes I've burned through, and the gel pads are a little difficult to replace properly.
