I enjoy using this for menstrual cramps but also use it for other muscle pains, my teen that has now blossomed also loves using it!

Shipping is slow, but the product is worth it, in my opinion. I love the freedom that livia gives me at work. I’m on my feet for 12 hours at a time, and my cramps would be debilitating. With my livia, they’re manageable, and sometimes I can even forget about them.

Livia has greatly helped me with my cramps and other period symptoms. It’s really affordable and really easy to use.

The product works. Mostly. Shipping is slowwwww. Order well before you're going to need it. The wires between the pads is too short to place where you really need it and the waist clip is completely useless. But, you will feel period pain relief.

I have excruciating menstrual cramps that make it hard to get out of bed most days. But thanks to Livia I am able to get back to doing my every day activities without having to take a bunch of otc pain relievers. My only complaint so far is the long wait time to receive it.

I have used other units to help with period pain before but I love that this one is straightforward/not confusing with a bunch of extra things I didn't need & I LOVE the size of the unit and the length of the wires - it's so discrete. I can wear it all day without people noticing it and without long wires hanging from my pocket. Game changer.

Its an okay product. It does help some, but I wouldn't personally recommend it to just anyone. I have super heavy periods and this just takes the edge off so I can actually function. I don't like that I feel like my insides are jumping all over.
