They continue to tell me they will refund, and nothing. Same, "so sorry we're a small company, give us time" well I have. Requested a refund in October and it is April. Reporting them where I can, very disappointed that they delete bad reviews so people will continue to get scammed by this company. I originally asked for a refund because they promised to ship my order in 2-3 business days, a week later I had no information on shipment and they told me it was on back order. Another week later I asked again and still on back order with no idea when it will be ready to ship but a promise to bump me to the "urgent" list. Then I asked for a refund.

I waited 7 weeks for my Livia. I spoke to Livia after 4 weeks and was told that it hadn't actually been shipped because of a wrong address. My address was correct?! but if they were concerned about my address, no one had bothered to contact me to rectify, it seems it just wouldn't have been sent. I was then left with a £36 import charge when it did arrive (3 weeks after this), after buying it with 'free worldwide shipping'. When I emailed asking why I was being fined so much, I was simply told it was in your Terms and Conditions. No apologies for the service I have received, no attempt to resolve the situation or discuss it with me. I tried to leave a review on facebook but was subsequently blocked. Have never been this unhappy with customer service in my life and have now paid an awful lot of money for effectively a tens machine that i could've bought in boots..........
