I have the same issue with the refund as I've seen in the most reviews here. I can't get my money back since April. In the beginning, they kept saying they didn't receive it back, but I contacted the courier and they said they delivered it and they gave me proof. Since then, the customer support people just keep saying I will get my money back in a few days. What a joke. Update: After I kept pressuring them I finally got my money back, after 4 months.

If you're considering buying Livia for period pain. DON'T. If it doesn't work for you, you'll never get your money back. Like so many other women, I've been waiting 4 months for a refund, which never comes. They fob you off by telling you you're on the 'urgent, urgent list' and hope you'll forget about it. I love what another woman on here said about trying to get a refund from Livia is more painful than an actual period! Most women who buy this over-priced product are desperate for some relief and Livia gives us just the opposite. Has anyone actually gotten a refund off them?? How did you do it?

This is a SCAM , I never receive the product and they suppose to refund me since January 2019 . It is almost 7 month . This company is not reliable . Do not buy anything from them .

A total scam for my case - bought the product in Feb, returned it in Mar as it did not work on me. Till now I have not yet received any refunds, they kept on dragging me in email saying that it is processing but obviously not. I have reported to paypal and asking for assistance. DO NOT BUY!

TLDR - Cancelled my order due to poor communication from the company, and they haven't given me the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!! If I could give this -99999999999 stars, I would. I ordered on 04th May 2019, and on 09th May 2019 I had asked the customer service person 'Nestor' about where my order was because I hadn't received any emails about shipping in the 5 days I had purchased it. Nestor had told me that they are changing warehouses and that there was a delay in my order - INFORMATION THEY NEVER WOULD HAVE TOLD BE ABOUT UNLESS I QUERIED IT AS I DIDN'T GET ANY EMAILS. I had immediately asked for a refund as I felt like something was wrong with this company, and she had said it would take 30 business/working days. Fine. 20th June 2019 (30 working/business days after cancellation) rolls around and my refund had not yet been issued. I email the customer services team again, this time I spoke with 'Sofia', and they had apologised for the delay and that they had now marked my refund as 'URGENT' with their finance department. I knew this was bullpoopie. I then proceeded to talk with our dear old friend Nestor on the livechat they provide, and they said they had forwarded this onto their supervisor. bullpoopie. I had asked if there was someone with higher authority I can speak to and Nestor had said that they are the only one on shift, and that there was literally no one else... for a 24hr customer service resource that sure is a load of poopie. I have now set up a dispute with PayPal - thank God for buyer's protection - and either way I will get the money back by the end of July. As someone who desperately needed this product, due to endless, sleepless nights and agony-filled days, I must say that my periods are less painful than trying to get this freaking refund!!!

UPDATE as of 6/18/19 I finally received my refund after almost 3 months of arguing back and forth I decided to contact the livia company by twitter and they actually wrote back. It was a couple of days after that, that I received an email with confirmation that the refund had been processed and a couple more days after I received the money on my account. So if you keep persisting and contacting them eventually you will receive it but be ready to fight the long fight. I purchased my livia on 11/29/2018. I received it before going on vacation to colombia and tried it for 2 months. The product itself it's ok but it did not work for me. I guess my cramps are too strong for it. Since Livia promises a 120 day money back guarantee i returned my livia at the beginning of March (2019) (Within the 120 days). I spoke to Customer service who told me that I would receive my refund within 30 days of they receiving the product (they received it on 3/20/19). On 5/5/19 I reached out to Customer service again as it had been more that 30 days and i had still not received my refund, I was told by Customer service that they were having "technical difficulties" but the refund would be processed in the next 14 days. after the 14 days I was told by Customer service that he had sent the refund request to the financial department and it would be refunded "as soon as possible". I asked for contact information for the financial department and was told that they couldn't provide it. It is now 6/13 and I continue to be told that I have been added to the "urgent refund list" and it will be processed as soon as possible. Not only that but when i asked to be put in contact with either the financial department/or with a supervisor i was told that someone would contact me and I still have not received any emails. Whenever i ask for dates for when the refund will be processed i keep being told that they don't want to provide "fictitious dates" and they are super vague on what is going on. So if you are not sure if livia is for you DO NOT BUY IT as it is not worth the hassle with fighting for the refund. I am also not the only person that has experienced this, if you google livia refund you will see multiple stories from people that have gone through the same situation as i'm experiencing right now.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It took them a while to ship mine out, it didnt work for me so i returned it (free money back guarantee) this was back im February its now nearly June and i still don't have my £120 back!! Have been constantly emailing them about the issue too. I'm not the only one experiencing this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT STICK TO THEIR SIDE OF THE DEAL Ordered on black Friday 2018, website promises 3-5 working day delivery. 2 weeks later no order- emailed and they said the colour was out of stock so I told them to just send another colour. Bad start, why didn’t they get in touch with me first. Then it arrived and so did a request for an extra £30 import tax. Apparently their small print states this (very misleading false advertising website). Anyway, refused package and got UK customs to confirm and by beginning of Feb (yes it took this long!!!) they confirmed I’d receive refund in 30 business days (RIDICULOUS) ..: again, told its in their Ts&Cs small print. Anyway, March 22nd came and gone and I’m still waiting for the refund. It’s been 5 months since my order. No Livia or no refund.
