I did not want to write this review, but the team at MyLivia did not leave me much of an alternative. I had purchased MyLivia with the expectation that I could return the product for a full refund if it was not of satisfactory quality. I was wrong. MyLivia did little more for my girlfriend than provide her with a weird tingly feeling. It did not reduce the pain she felt. I then tried to return the faulty product for a refund but failed. I emailed MyLivia every week for a month after my refund was due, yet I did not receive the funds. I was only told that it would take a little longer every time I emailed. I will gladly remove this review if this problem can be fixed, however, I am not holding my breath. TL;DR: MyLivia is ineffective and comes with a fake money-back guarantee.

Does nothing. I have endometriosis and fibroids. This device does not work for moderate to serious pain.

I couldn’t track my order so I was just left waiting.

I have ordered on the 25th of May, 2019 - international shipping to Romania. It's been almost 4 months now and I haven't received my package. I tried several times to obtain some info form Livia, but customer service is terrible, they sound like automated responses, not real people. I paid 153 USD, and I told them I want a refund because my product didn't arrive, but I haven't received an answer. To be honest, I'm afraid it's a scam and the product does not exist. UPDATE - THIS is the kind of Customer Service that they offer, AFTER my review on TrustPilot. Company review not product review This is not a review of the product - I never got that far! I ordered the device back in March however, it got stuck in customs and I had to pay a further £32. This made the product super expensive. I wish I would have realised that I could have bought this on Amazon! Anyway, I declined to pay the customs and the product was sent back! 6 months later and I am still awaiting a refund from Livia. I would have liked to have commented on the product but I would say DO NOT BUY FROM Livia. Shocking customer service! Perhaps I'll get my refund soon as this is not a cheap product!!! Update: straight away Livia contacted me and asked them to email them. 2 days later and I have not received a response! Perfect example of poor customer service! Please just give me my money back and we can all walk away! Also I discovered that I ordered the product in February. 8 months this has now been going on for!

Livia did not help my cramps go away or even ease any pain for me

The product works really great! My huge disappointment ir related to an email marketing offering a FREE SHIPPING and I ended up paying it, $24, which costed more than the product I bought. The costumer service did not take care about it. I really like the product itself, but their costumer service and respect to a customer is a piece of garbage.
