My Livia has completely changed my life. For years I was struggling with bad menstrual cramps and never found anything to work. From meds to birth control. I've suffered from severe cramps since I was about 12 or 13 years old. Debilitating to the point that I'm order to function I would have to take very high doses of medications in order to reduce the pain enough even to be able to stand, if I didn't I would pass out from the pain. I found myself exceeding recommended daily doses of all over the counter medications with next to no relief. Livia has changed my period forever. While the discomfort isn't completely gone, I'm no longer debilitated by my cramps or suffering from the effects of taking too much medication. It even seemed that my period and cramps were lighter after my Livia treatments. Usually my cramps last several days where I'm having to take a lot of pain medication but after using my Livia my cramps were almost completely gone by the second day. I highly recommend anyone who suffers from severe cramping to give this a go. I got mine to try out on a monthly subscription so I could return it easily if it didn't work for me. Needless to say, I won't be sending mine back lol. Wish I would have tried it sooner!
