I ordered 5 days ago. When i ordered, it said it would be here in 3 to 4 days. The tracking number doesn't say anything. I ordered this product to reduce my pain and its taking longer than i was told to get here and i don't even have an update on when it would get here. Not sure why i even received the email to review this if i haven't EVEN GOTTEN THE DEVICE YET!!!!!

I have try to get my refund for 4 months. Now with out any luck. The manager is always out from my livia Do you think you can help. I sent the order back in three days. They said yes we have it it’s in warehouse we are processing. Your order now. That was on July 10

The product did not work for me at all (the opposite actually) but that is fine - I did not expect it to magically work on everyone, as it is an individual thing. My problem started when I sent my product back (within the time frame and with the form and everything )and never got a refund. Every time I contact Livia I get the same 3 responses that my refund is on the list of the financial department, it will happen within a week and that they are very sorry (maybe some other forms of these three). I was worried that this might be a scam due to the fact that there are no google/facebook reviews available and the same searches came up in google for the 2 years I am following Livia but I was so desperate to get a solution for my menstrual pain that I just had to try. Guess it was a mistake on my part - especially now that I see there is someone here who is waiting for a refund for 6 months now. Honestly worst customer experience I've ever had,

Can you please contact me regards my last email over a week ago, I’ve spent a lot of money and your coustmer service is discusting ...

Why are you sending me a review. My package hasn't even shipped yet.

We have yet to even receive it.

It's been 6 days and I still don't have the product. Customer service is useless and unhelpful.
