Maybe it works for other people but it definitely didn't work for my girlfriend. She tried it for 5 min, and nothing. She tried to increase the strength of it, but the vibrations and feelings of it made the pain worse and she had to shut it off. I really wish this worked, because she has been suffering for over a year now with constant excruciating pain, and NOTHING has worked. We had hopes this would. Not trying to discourage anyone else from trying it, because it may work for them, but just not for her.

I returned the device months ago and never got a refund.

Ordered my Livia in June and paid £6 shipping, was then informed by the postal carrier that I had to pay £33 in customs fees which was not stated at the time of ordering before they would deliver. Contacted customer services who said I was liable for this charge and if I didn’t want to pay it return it for a full refund. I returned it end of June and come October still no refund despite me chasing repeatedly. Replies to my emails were sporadic and frequently ignored. AWFUL customer service. Eventually had to claim my refund through my credit card company. Do not order if ordering outside the states. Either by from Amazon or order a tenz machine which I did for half the price.

Considerable charges for Postal service outside of the US. Wording hidden in terms and conditions even though they charge a shipping cost at the checkout. Beware!

The product is nice but it does not work for me. I still had to take ungodly amounts of ibuprofen and go to sleep just to get past the pain even with the device on. The product is well made and I don't doubt that it works well for other women. I was glad to try it especially with the money back guarantee. If you think it could help you, I recommend trying it! What do you have to lose? UPDATE: I returned the product according to the instructions on the website and have not received a refund. I was initially guaranteed a refund by November 15, 2019 and have not received anything over a month later... I am very upset. I have tried to call and have been unable to get through. I think it is so messed up to offer a refund guarantee then fail to deliver. If they are not going to return my money I wish they would at least send the product back to me. But instead, they have my money AND my product. I'm disappointed and feel cheated.

I got this for my daughter she said it hurt her so bad. She also has interstitial cyctisis and that could have aggravated her too. I am returning it.

Update after my first review. I placed order August 7, today its October 2 and i still dont have my Livia. Nobody contacted me so after some time i asked whats going on. They told me adress is wrong which is a lie. After few more weeks i asked again where is the problem. Answer? They dont have my color but NOONE contacted me again. Now its been 3 weeks after they told me they finally shipped it and still no Livia. And you know what? They have my money. I guess they dont care about that so called help they offering us so ladies please, dont buy Livia. There are more options, just dont buy this brand. I have super bad cramps, im in pain every months, this was my hope but now i am angry, frustrated, 170€ short and they dont even care about discount or compensation. But they understand my frustration. Thanks for you understanding Livia...

I baught a livia that stopped working after 1 year. I send it back but "it never arrived". I never receved a new one or a refund so I had to buy a new one.
