Been waiting over a month for the…
Been waiting over a month for the device which has still not arrived. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Will it ever arrive. Very bad experience of customer service. Would not recommend! Customs charge of £27 to pay before I can get my parcel disgusting company. One irate customer!!

A little lost
The website says shipping will take 3 days but it has been 5 full days and the tracking doesn't work and they have not responded to my email asking about it AND they have asked me to rate my experience.

Good product - Terrible shipping
I really like the product Livia, I think it works great! I HATE the shipping problems that seem to keep occurring. I have had two orders that have taken WAY longer than they “promised” to get to me. The shipping on the website say takes UP to 3 days for shipping but both order have been way over a week. I am very disappointed.

I still haven’t received my item, this is getting ridiculous, my tracking number from USPS still says their waiting for the item.

Made my pain worse
Made my pain worse. I returned the item in April, with tracking number receipt, and they just keep giving me the round around and won't refund me.
