So I heard about this product before and kept seeing the Facebook post and said screw it I'll try it. My boyfriend said it was like a tense unit. Yes and no. To him it was. To me it ment being able to go to work and decreetly keeping my pain under control while "aunt flow" decided to rage on. I work alot on my feet and cramps can effect my pace. This has been my savior at work and no one even knows I have it on! I love it!

I have pretty disruptive menstruales cramps before and during my period. Ive noticed that while using Livia, I’m able to barely or not even feel my cramps at all. I can go on with my day. It’s also way more convenient than having to use a heating pad. The ONLY reason this doesn’t have 5 stars is because I wish it had more intensity levels. Needs more like a 4.5/5!
