It helps a little bit, mostly to take off the edge of cramps, but unfortunatly the battery do not last long enough. I use it mostly when I sleep and I wake up when batteries die during the night.

I absolutely love my Livia it has helped me so much with my cramps!! My only complaint is that the sticky pads that go with it can get somewhat uncomfortable and itchy after a little while...

I depend on the device at least 5 days a month as it provides me with about 50% pain relief. I only wish the battery would last longer.

I wouldn't describe exactly as an off switch, it more moves the pain from one area to another. However the pain from the livia is more like an uncomfortable sensation and for me that's more bearable than the deeper pain that I experience in my back. So overall I am happy with my purchase and do find myself reaching for it, I also feel like the effects of distracting your body for the pain last even when you've turned off the buzzing from the livia, so you can end up pain free after it all which is great for me.

The product is great and would highly recommend. Customer service is slow and sometimes clunky. It really frustrates me that your prices do not include import tax. I have been stung a few times even with free products I have been given as an incentive I have actually had to pay for :(

Great product. The only problem is that you can't use it and charge it at the same time, which is a big mistake i my opinion, because when i have cramps, i need it 24 hours.
