Very Good product, i had always horrible period pain and this really works, the pain doesnt disappear totally in my case, but at least i can continue with my life. Very confortable to Wear and Easy to use. I definitely love it.

It was a good product which helped with low to medium pain but maybe not as much when pain levels are very high but i definitely recommend it since it will help for sure even great to buy it for another person such as your friend, wife or gf.

Loved using my livia, worked great for my period cramps. Unfortunately both of my livias stopped working, one of them stopped working soon after I got it and I haven’t gotten around to return them yet.

Pleasantly surprised with Livia. I've been using it for about a year and it works prettty well. My situation is a bit special as I have endometriosis and PCOS, I was not expecting Livia to completely remove the pain as nothing does (no medication, surgery or anything were efficient). Livia helps me lower the pain and is perfect to go from a meeting to another at work without being noticed. Livia is easy to use and manage.

My Livia was a total game changer for me! It's by far the best way of relieving period back pain or cramps. It's also super compact and cute and has a good array of settings for any pain level. The only thing that makes me rate it 4/5 is the fact that I ordered new gel pads in April, and it took them almost three months to arrive, because they were out of stock. It's not so much the fact that they were out of stock, because obviously COVID has made everything difficult, but it was the lack of communication on it. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew the product was back ordered, and when I ordered, someone should have let me know rather than me having to reach out multiple times to figure out what was up. Other than that--LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

The product is nice - it really helps with the pain, event though not shutting it up completely, but at least make it tolerable, and doing so instantly. The downside I tat battery last only half of the day, which is not perfect, and you need to be prepared to that. The problem is the service. They're nice in email - when they answer you, which is not always the case. First Livia, I ordered for my sister, it took some time to arrive from the US, but it was smooth and nice. Then I decided to buy one for me - and god, it was 4 month of emails and complaints before I finally received it (along with being block on their Facebook). I don't really get it - the product is great and really helpful, but the fact I don't know whether I would receive flower pads or gels when I need replacement.. makes one don't recommend it around, which is such a pity. Improve your customer service and fulfil your promises and you could become a gold company.

I have endometriosis and this device works amazing for my pains. The device took over a month to reach me but completely worth it.
