Great product! Im suuper happy with it however ive had to chbage the flower pads mutiple times. Its the same issue an iPhone owner has with its charger, a corner of the rubber material breaks and the cables have a short circuit until it stops working. Aside from that everything is great and I use it the first threw days of my period.

This is a great product! My only issue, it doesn't hold charge. I have to keep on recharging it. Other than that, it is a great product. Help tremendously with my severe cramps.

It takes some time but it works. Also be careful with the flower pads, they can break if you bend them too much (ie cramming them inside the case)

This is a great product! It helped my daughter's endometriosis pain considerably and when I reported on a review that it had quit I got an immediate reply to email marketing to get a new one at no charge under warranty. I'm hoping to receive it soon. My daughter's boyfriend also bought one with a monthly subscription as a backup and it has quit as well and he is having difficulty getting an application for a replacement approved. We're hoping everything gets settled soon as this little machine works well!

Livia is the most helpful pain reliever for my insanely painful periods, and flares in between. I don't know how I ever survived a period without it. Now that I have found this immensely helpful tool, the only negative thing is having to wait the extended delivery periods for shipping. I had to wait over 2 months simply to get gel pads. Other than that, extremely helpful. Just think of ordering spares in advance :)

I absolutly love my liva!! Its a life changer. I will admit that the shipping took a lot longer than I would have liked. But the product is well worth the wait!
