I have been contemplating for a year or so before I took the leap to press the purchase button, as my menses pain was getting unbearable (having low grade fever, vomiting, hardly able to get out of bed). I must say after almost 1 year of using Livia, it has reduced my agony by about 30-40%. It did not eliminate all my pain, but I able able to sleep better, and walk around now with Livia on. No regrets in getting Livia!

Livia is a great device, and it’s excellent at helping me manage my pain. It’s small, and portable which makes it easier to use and wear with clothes. My only issue is that sometimes it causes my stomach muscles to spaz when it’s on a higher level. That makes it very uncomfortable.

My review wold be 5 star if the battery lasted longer. This works great for me as long as i can leave it on a high setting.

It helped my cramps so much but the only issue was that the wires frayed a little bit.

I my Livia. It has helped me a lot with my period pain. I use it for the first 2-3 days of every period. The cord has started to strip so I had to purchase a new cord (which they do sell). Overall great product and would recommend.

This device is compact and easy to use with cute little flower pads to stick onto the stomach. I found it to be quite effective at reducing pains and so discrete that I could take it anywhere with me in case I need it suddenly. I have found it helps with moderate to severe pains but I still find myself taking painkillers when it's really bad. However, I've found it most useful when I need immediate relief and I don't have access to pain killers or they take a second to kick in. It allows me to carry on as normal if I get stuck at work or outside of the comforts of home. It also lasts a fairly long time on a full charge which is helpful. The only thing I will say is it's hard to tell how much battery is left as the light is only for on and off. It would make user experience a bit easier if there was a light graduation to show level of charge, like orange for when there is an hour left or something and red when it needs charging. Generally, it is worth the investment it has helped me out on several occasions and I always feel a bit better if I have my livia with me when I'm due. I would recommend it to friends.

UPDATE: I received the item after finally getting in touch with someone. Works as expected, and I received compensation for the hassle. Very happy with the change of pace. ____________________ I ordered on July 14th, asked for a refund twice, never received the product or a refund for the device or subscription. At this point I dont WANT to wait for the device to ship. But I've been met with opposition at every turn and false reassurances that the product will ship eventually. Horrible customer service and frustrating experience in every way.

The Livia is the only thing that saves me during the most painful of cramping days. The only downside is the wires are not sturdy and start to pull away from the pads and device.
