The device itself is fantastic. Compared to TENS units which essentially do the same job, the Livia is small, compact and easier to wear/hide while at work. I wish the cables were a tad longer to help with better coverage. The product shipping/delivery was not the greatest however, I know there would be a delay as there are with many things nowadays. But I never received a "shipped order" email and I had to reach out and wait almost two weeks to hear back. Thanks to the amazing CS rep, she helped me out so much. That part of the purchase was 2/5 stars.

Overall I would rate this a 10/10 I wish it had a longer connection cord, but other than that I have been using this all year and really appreciate the pain relief! I can use it at work and no one knows, it's silent and discreet and works very well. It transports in a purse size case and can be worn without anyone seeing it on me.

I get really bad period pains, to the point where I throw up - and this is the only thing that has ever helped. When I wear my Livia device I'm able to get out of bed and go to work or enjoy my day without being in crippling agony, which was how I spent every single month before finding it! Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with period pain. I'd give five stars but the battery doesn't last a whole day so I do have to take it off and charge it, but otherwise I can't fault it at all.

Livia helped me with endometriosis cramps that were so painful they made me throw up.Im on the implant now and I find that painkillers don’t work for me- literally the only ones that did were prescription strength! Livia works wonders, and the tingling is pleasant and easy to work with - after a while you forget its there! My only gripe is that it isn’t super friendly with belly pudge- I can’t place the livia where its supposed to be placed due to it being where my belly slopes down . It can poke and prod a little, but usually I can get it positioned where it is fine!

I bought 2 Livias. One for myself and one for my daughter. Though the shipping process was a bit rough, the customer service really went above & beyond to meet my expectations. I've used the Livia through 2 cycles now, & I will say I wish this was a thing when I was younger. I have been able to mostly stop (still take at night before bed) taking Midol or using hot water bottles. I'm very glad that I decided to take the chance & try this little device because it does mighty things!!!

Awesome product. Does exactly what it is intended to do. Wouldn't want to live without it! Customer service is prompt and helpful but my refills with subscription haven't been shipping automatically so i had to contact them.

I have had horrible period cramps since I can remember, now in my 20's, I found out that I have a large cyst in my left ovary that is causing even more severe period symptoms, causing my cramps to be worse than ever. I decided to give Livia a try since it was so highly rated and recommended. I was skeptical because it took over 3 months for me to actually receive my Livia after ordering. But let me tell you.... it was SO worth the wait!!! I used it for the first time today and ALL of my pain is gone, I can actually go to work and function instead of laying in bed miserable. I 100% recommend Livia! (If you can wait for their shipping... lol)
