Livia is an amazing alternative to medications for me. My cycle is short so I am dealing with my severe cramps on a regular basis. I have a prescription for an Nsaid to help with the cramping, but I felt like I was taking it too often. Livia has allowed me to not use the prescription as much. It truly does reduce the severity of the cramping. My only critique is that I am not a skinny girl with a flat stomach so sometimes the petals jab me. It would be amazing if they offered a different shape or a not so rigid petal.

Amazing product just wish it had a longer battery life

I absolutely love the product and it’s helped me a lot! I was a bit hesitant to order as many had left bad reviews. But as someone who struggles with really bad cramps, outside of my period too, it was nice to actually function and not be stuck on the couch wishing I was in a coma till it was all over 😅 The product is really easy to use. And with the black case it’s very discreet. Having an allergy towards the glue in normal bandaids I’m happy they I have had no reaction to the gel that makes the pads stick:) There are a few times when I have to combine painkillers with MyLivia. But often the livia device is enough to take the worst pain away:) I did find it a bit hard to contact them, and the website could be a bit easier to navigate (no place to log in). I found that they responded quicker to direct messages and comments on Instagram

The product did not help me at all, which was fine every women is different so I sent it back with the guarantee of my money back as promised. NOPE. many emails later they are saying my device has not been returned even though IT HAS. I have called Australia post and they ensure it has been delivered. The support staff have said they'll keep an eye out but its already been delivered?!? It has cost be over $200, Ive lost a lot of money and time. Very disappointed :( EDIT: received refund after review posted thank you Livia Team!

Let me start off with saying I love my Livia I have been using it since my husband bought it for me last year, I have severe cramps that are debilitating and with the Livia I can actually get through my work day. My only issue with Livia was the customer service when I ordered something it was sent back and no one notified me I happen to be looking for it and it took me almost a month to get a refund the customer service needs to be opt and trained better.

Even if there was some delay, the attention was pretty good by all the Livia team, thank you!

The product is phenomenal. Gets rid of the pain quickly. Customer service could use some work. Overall worth it once you receive your Livia.

I waited for a package whole summer. I asked what is going on, they nicely explain that they are out of stock witch I understood perfectly and I liked the honesty. Also, I took a subscription and I did not pay until I got my liva. I am really excited to try it out with great hope that is going to work. Gonna send a review about that too.
