Took me 9 Month and a LOT of ignored emails, Instagram and Facebook messages to finally get my refund. I really don't recommend this company. The customer service is horrible, they kept copying and pasting their old emails, ignoring my questions. It was really tiring, I almost gave up on the money. All this because the package never came for around 4 Months... Which is when I gave up and asked for the refund.

At this point I purchased it Feb never arrived ask for money back 😒😒😒 its almost what September I do not recommend and at this point we all need to link up and sue them because they need to shut this scam down they always say your on the list and within 30 days and still nothing months later

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Emails ignored. They avoid refunding you at all costs. I will not recommend this company to anyone due to the frustrating (and lack of) customer service. Save yourself the stress and money and just get a cheap tens machine from eBay.

Of i could give 0 stars i would. I didnt even get to try Livia because they couldnt seem to ship it to me for whatever reason, my order was placed over 1 month ago, and i still havenr gotten even shipping info. I doubt they will make it easy to get my money back to me, they dont know what theyre doing and will disappoint with how long the wait it. I csnt even review the product because Livia scammed me. I paid and have been back an forth on emails with customer service. Of the company doesn't have a phone number listed on their site, then you jusy csnt trust them, plain and simple.

Bad customer service. Took over 2 months to respond and that was after product itself took about the same time to be shipped...Product itself is ok but much cheaper alternatives available. Customs charge was nearly £40 on top of what is already an expensive product which they don’t make clear when you’re buying, although in the small print... My advice, avoid and buy another alternative. There are plenty out there, don’t be fooled by it looking much smaller and nicer than others.

Did not get my refund back!!! They promised, and I still have the email!!! The day I bought is OCT 2 2019, and give them plenty of Time to process!!! But the good news is I just received their email again and be told I am on the list!! Hope I will get the refund ASAP!

Do not buy this if you're counting on the money back guarantee if it doesn't work for you. I sent mine back in December, as it didn't work for me... It is now July and I still haven't recieved my refund and am not getting any responses to my emails inquiring about this. It does seem to work for some people, so I wish I would have known to just keep it and gift it to a friend.

Ordered my product over a month ago now and it has still not been dispatched. I have since requested to cancel my order entirely (several times), but am now being ignored by their customer service team despite sending a number of follow ups - they’ve said they’ve cancelled my order but it’s still showing as active on their web portal, a monthly subscription charge has still been taken, and no refund has been given. Silence after trying to confirm again that it has in fact been cancelled and when I will receive a refund. I have also tried to make contact via Instagram but my comments have been removed from their posts, and my DMs ignored. I’ve seen a lot of comments from others in a similar position... Products not being sent to customers, and a lot of unanswered emails. Very poor!
