Livia has made life with my period much more manageable. I used to be on the couch for about 3 days every month but with 3 small kids I needed to find a better solution and preferred something other than medicine. So grateful for livia. The only downfall for me personally is the length of the cord being long as it sometimes hangs below my shirt if I'm not paying attention.
