This thing is lifechanging for my endometriosis pain, where other painkillers scratch the service I always still have that tight crampy congested feeling. This is the only method that actually gives me that feeling of release. Some months I feel a bit too "jumpy" to use it - but I've been using it quite consistently for 3 years now and love it. I think the battery is beginning to malfunction so I'm considering getting the subscription option so the device is kept up to date.

I love my livia, I have severe cramps and am immune to pain killers so livia has really saved my life! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because you cannot use the livia when it is charging unfortunately, so I have to scramble and find an alternative solution! Otherwise I absolutely love it and recommend.

Overall: Love the product! It has been a lifesaver and definitely has eased the pain. The areas for improvement: Takes forever to get anything shipped from them. My flower cable became faulty and it took a month and a half to get new ones. The flower cable design leaves it very breakable. If you have it clipped to your waistband as it's intended, it's very easy for the cable to become bent and fail. The warranty won't cover this, and at $30 a clip it becomes costly.

Great product for reducing cramps on your worst days, especially. The cord itself frays easily, and I had to tape it. The sticky pads last quite a while before they need to be replaced. The cord fraying is the only disappointing part, and I wish it was covered under warranty (it happened really quick).

I first came across Livia on Social Media and figured, “What do I have to loose?” I’ve struggled with really bad periods since my very first one and I ran out of options to stop the pain. This finally helped relieve my pain. I recommend everyone to try Livia, because, what do you have to loose?

It took forever to get the device. The first one i had worked temporarily. Customer service worked with me to replace it. The second device arrived quickly once we had found out what the problem was. The device itself works ok. Sometimes it seems as if the cord isn't long enough on the flower pads, but that could just be a user issue. The only thing that kept this from 5 stars was the length of time it took for the first device.

Livia has been a great tool to manage my pain as I suffered from endometriosis since I was 18. I was on hormonal treatment for 3 yrs, but due to other preexisting conditions I had to stop. After that my pain improved a lot, but I would still get that unamanageable pain (missing work/ school, canceling appointments up to not being able to get out of bed) on my period. I used controled pain meds for a long time, but it is not my preferred method as it tends to harm my stomach and IBS. Then, I i found Livia on an add and decided to give it a try. It's been 3 yrs now and I do no regret it at all. I barely have to use pain meds. I really do love the device! I realy realy hope they can imporve the quality of the device as it does not seem to have much life in after this time. I did expect the device to have a longer life span for the price tag.
