Honestly, I was really worried to try this. I have terrible cramps and I have been looking everywhere for something to fix it. With livia, I pop this suckered on and within minutes it instantly helps.

This device has saved my life! I’m someone who was diagnosed with a kidney disease when I was about 20 years old and because of the damage that had been sustained to my kidneys I wasn't aloud to take ibuprofen or Aleve to levitate my menstral cramps and the only pain relief I was aloud to use was Tylenol since it’s broken down and filtered out of the body through your liver instead of your kidneys. I purchased this on a whim and let me tell you it works. Even as a bigger person, I put it just below my fat roll close to my groin area and it takes the pain away. I loved it so much I got my step daughter one to use!
