Great device - helps me address menstrual pain without painkillers!

After two years using, Livia i can tell it is a worth and secure tool. It hides the pain without needing to take medicines. Its battery lasts long even on its highest intensity program. You can move and do normal activities and it won’t fall. I would like an improvement on the attachment of the gel of the pads, since it is not eassy to adjust it. I really recomend this product.

I love my device. It's basically a TENS unit specifically designed for equilateral pain relief. Can be used on the back or lower stomach/uterus. It absolutely relieves cramp pain by blocking the pain signal, my only complaint is the wiring that frays after a few months for the electrode pads.

Desde que adquirí Livia, he podido realizar mis actividades diarias sin dolores menstruales, creo que es una gran ayuda para las que sufrimos de esto! Lo recomiendo mucho! Solo me gustaría poder adquirir más productos de manera más fácil, resido en Guatemala y el tiempo de envío es muy largo, además debo de pagar una cantidad elevada para que el producto llegue a mi residencia.

Livia is an amazing device. It releases any muscle tension and make an already annoying time of the month a little easier to endure. Personally I have to have Livia on on a really high level to ease the pain, but then it is really helpful. The only two negative things are: first, the sticky pads often come of my skin and stick to my clothes then. After that it is really annoying to get it to stick to my skin again. The second thing is that it is hardly available in Austria. Summing up, it was worth buying it! Thank you dear Livia- Team!

Both me and my sister get really bad period cramps, and Livia works wonders for both of us. It's tiny and practical to take with you everywhere and the battery lasts for 6-8 hours. I've been really satisfied with the product however (after 3 years) my device has stopped working properly, taking quite some time to charge and has started glitching if I move too fast. According to the website the device lasts between 2-5 years I think, which is reasonable, but it is not possible to buy just the device itself, which is a disappointment since all of the other parts in the package-deal also are sold separately as spare parts. I am really happy with the product but i don't know if I want to buy the whole package-deal again, which is kind of expensive, since it's just my device that has stopped working.

Ich leide an sehr starken Regelschmerzen, habe daraufhin sehr starke Schmerzmittel verschrieben bekommen,da nichts anderes hilft. Jedoch will ich nicht immer Schmerzmittel nehmen. Also habe ich mich erkundigt und Livia gefunden. Mir hilft es tatsächlich sehr. An Tagen wo ich sonst am liebsten im Bett liegen würde, kann ich dank Livia jetzt wieder arbeiten oder mit Freunden raus gehen. Etwas enttäuscht war ich leider über den Preis und am Ende über die Zoll Gebühren.

I would love to rate the product as everyone seems to be quite pleased with it. Unfortunately it never arrived. My boyfriend ordered it for christmas 2020 and until today it never arrived. He mailed customer service a couple of times as there was no shipping information although the payment was made. They always promised him that the product would be shipped soon. It hasn’t arrived until now (nearly 3 months later). My boyfriend tried to cancel the order and get the money back. It was promised again that the product would be shipped soon. This obviously never happened. After I reviewed the company here, we got an immediate payback & Ran handled our complain quite professional.
