Sometimes taking medication for the pain isn't enough or it just doesn't last long enough to make the cramping tolerable. Sometimes a heating pad isn't enough either. Thankfully there's livia! Before I discovered livia, I had been unable to go about my day on the first day of my cycle because of really bad cramps. I would even have to take the day off from work and unfortunately for me, OTC pain killers would never work. One day I saw an ad about livia on Instagram and it caught my attention. 'What was this device that stopped period pains? Was it even real? Would it work for me?' I was a bit sceptical about it but I was curious enough to try. So I shipped it to Kenya and started using it. On the first try, it didn't work too well so I decided to Google a bit more about it. That's when I learned that you need to find the right level for your body for it to work otherwise it could get uncomfortable or not help at all. The next time I used it, I tried adjusting it and eventually found the perfect level for me and since then, it has helped tremendously with the pain and now I can go about my day like nothing is going on. I love it!
