I was diagnosed in 2018 with abdominal endometriosis. My endo cells were attaching themselves to my intestines, causing severe stomach pain. It was hell. Nothing was working and I didn't want any more pills. I saw an ad on Facebook for Livia. I went to their website and thought, what the heck, and ordered one. Best decision ever! It helps so much with my stomach pain. I wear it underneath my shirt and put it in my pants pocket and you don't even know it is there. It helps me so much to be able to have a life. I don't need to wear it every day. Just when I have a flair up. I'm able to go to work, to go out and do things with my friends, and have a life that isn't revolved around my pain. If the pain gets worse, I turn up the Livia. If it lessens, I turn it down. So simple and really is worth it. I don't have as many problems with endo now, I've been able to get it under control and manage it. But I still have my Livia on stand by and use it whenever I need to. I advise you invest it one.

I’m probably one of the first Livia users, it has changed my period cramps 100% for the better. I will say I also am on BC which helps with some of my old extreme issues like nausea but Livia definitely takes the end off of my cramps that can’t be tamed with medication. I have used it while working before but it’s not my favorite option. When I ordered it it was back when it took months to get to you but trust me the wait is worth it!

I've had Livia for a few years. It helps enormously. I've been able to reduce the amount of medication I take to control my cramps, which was a lot. It doesn't matter at what point I start using it -- when they just start, or when they're intense. The buzz is enough to cancel out the pain. I did have to replace the flower pads after a few years, but I got lots of use before that happened.

I buy Livia because I suffer from very strong colic. When you use it, you feel like your colic is gradually controlled and you feel relief.

I have always experienced extreme cramps that leave me crying on the couch and nothing seemed to help. That is, until I bought the Livia. As soon as I turned it on, the cramps lessened to a hardly noticeable ache and my mood heightened. The brain fog from the pain cleared as well. My only complaint about the product is how quickly the sticky pads lose their ability to adhere.

Edited: The refund has now cleared so I have changed the rating. I bought it only because the web site says they offer 30 days money back guarantee. In the meantime new info came to light (skin allergy) that made the product unsuitable. I returned the item unused and in original packaging via recorded delivery. I paid via paypal and while the company initially issued a refund, it was showing as pending. They stopped responding to my emails when I asked for clarification. They were very responsive before. I posted a review on here and the refund cleared within 2 days of posting... They said they hadn't been responding because of annual leave. Also, the merchant details provided on the PayPal receipt were incomplete or incorrect (web site does not exist, no address), so was a red flag for me. Nevertheless, I did receive the money back in the end.

Sometimes I have a hard time to put the sticky patches where they help the most. Other than that, I am very happy with my Livia device and it helps with my cramps :)

Livia was my last hope for dealing with my extreme cramps. While it doesn’t make it 100% painless, it has helped to ease the pain quite a bit. Any help is a huge improvement for me.
