We never get our replacement stickies. We are charged monthly but the only time we get the additional petal adhesives is when we make a request which isn’t the easiest. My daughter likes the machine and still uses it. I wish we didn’t have the other issue.

Ich hatte das Abo, bei dem ich 6,70€ monatlich zahle + eine Anfangsgebühr und dann alle 3 Monate Gelpads automatisch geliefert bekommen soll. Leider habe ich erst meine "automatisch zu liefernden" Pads nur einmalig auf mehrfaches Email hin- und herschreiben erhalten. Vergangene versäumte Lieferungen wurden ignoriert und weitere Lieferungen habe ich auch nicht erhalten. 2 Sterne, weil das Gerät funktioniert, sofern man die Einzelteile hat, es gut aussieht, angenehm zu tragen ist und der Kundenservice sehr nett, wenn auch fast unbrauchbar ist. Heute habe ich dann das Abo gekündigt.

The tens machine are great and gave me a huge amount of relief initially but the product is not good for daily use (eg wearing it under jeans for walking, sitting and other low impact activities) . My cables to connect the machine to the flower pads stopped working after three months. I ordered new cables and even with extra precaution they still stopped working after 3-4 months. I asked for a refund for the initial products and the replacement a month ago and have not received a reply from the customer service team. I would advise other people to buy a TENS machine from a different company

The unit itself is fine but the customer service is sketchy with little transparency. I have a subscription and it's supposed to come with replacement pads. I inquired to clarify if it did because I haven't Recieved replacement pads past the initial 3 that came with the unit but got not response. If they don't respond I'll have to cancel the subscription and send the unit back because it's useless without replacement pads.

Livia did nothing to relieve my period pain. I was really hopeful it would be the answer to years of terrible cramps. After reading lots of reviews on other products I chose Livia. However I have after one year been unable to return my device. Currently I am in an email loop with them where all I am given when I ask to return this device is a link to a video for instructions on how to use it. I have also NEVER received the gel pads. I was promised I could return it after 4 months and now I am unsure what to do. Every month I just get an unfortunate $8 reminder of another useless period pain product. I believe I have been scammed. I would like a response from Livia that is not a condescending link to an instructional video. --------- I would like to update this review as they have now offered me a $120 refund and I do not have to mail in my device. I think it took some back and forth to get here, but I am now very satisfied with the conclusion of this matter.

Second edit: my second device arrived but stopped working after less then four uses. I have been promised they are over nighting me a replacement again but have now not gotten a reply with my shipping information as requested. Sincerely hoping my now THIRD livia arrives quickly as i was promised as im in extreme amounts of pain thanks to my period starting this morning only to find my livia entirely dead. EDIT: Since posting this review they have reached out and said they have sent a refund which I will be awaiting to appear, and I will update once it does. They have also said they sent out a replacement device which I will be awaiting and update my review and rating when it does. If you’re thinking about purchasing the livia, DONT!!! Their customer service is absolutely horrible, I subscribed to their monthly gel pad subscription and never once received a single gel pad refill (even though I was charged for 8+ months). They never responded to me or got back to me, when I tried to access my account to cancel it or change my payment it said my account couldn’t be found (yet I still received emails from them about my account), so I was still charged up until I had to cancel that card. Then the device itself eventually broke after less then a year, for a very expensive device that’s supposed to have a warranty this was VERY upsetting. I had followed all correct usage instructions and stored it as directed as well. The cord broke off inside of the unit, leaving the metal prongs stuck inside and rendering the cord and device both useless. I tried to email about my issue and the issue was still never resolved a year later, I still cannot afford a new device to help with my intense pain and medical conditions and now I’m out a big chunk of money for a useless piece of plastic, and still stuck in severe pain. I’m not the only person who’s been scammed by this company, there are endless other people who have had similar issues and I unfortunately was not aware before making the purchase, so now I tell everyone I can about the terrible experiences this company has caused myself. This company is a scam and doesn’t want to provide the services paid for, I’ve made a report to the ACC. When I logged on to leave this review, trust pilot even gave a warning that the company is potentially unfairly flagging reviews (likely the bad, but very true ones).

Arrived on time, nicely packaged and looking good… But it didn’t do anything to help my period pain. Zero effect for me. Going into the bin, unfortunately.

Quiero cancelar mi subcribción y no me deja el producto es buenísimo pero ya no puedo seguir pagando 8 dólares al mes y si ya lo tengo con migo nose para que seguirlo pagando cada mes.
